Private Piano Lessons ages 4 and up
From beginner to advanced, instruction includes music theory, technique, performance, ear training and sight-reading in a broad spectrum of musical genres. Includes arranging, composition and improvisation for worship.
Private Guitar Lessons ages 8 and up
From beginner to intermediate, guitar instruction includes basic skills needed for the small group setting such as music theory for guitar, basic chords, meter, finger-picking, and strumming patterns. Also includes guitar method instruction preparing the student for intermediate to advanced guitar techniques in classical, jazz, blues or rock band settings.
Private Drum Lessons ages 8 & up
Lessons available from beginner to intermediate. Teaching includes rhythm, timing and improvising skills for a band or worship team.
Private Voice Lessons ages 12 and up
Lessons offered to all levels of experience. Emphasizes breathing techniques, resonance, improvisation and presentation of all styles.
Worship Band Workshop I ages 12 and up
For the intermediate music student Worship Band Workshop I includes instruction on the definition of worship, exercises in personal worship, worship song listening samples, and learning how to play together.
Worship Band Workshop II ages 12 and up
For the intermediate to advanced music student Worship Band Workshop II includes a continuation of Worship Band Workshop I topics. Also includes stage presence in corporate worship, following the worship leader, and following God simultaneously, timing, dynamics, and using your instrument as a tool for worship. |
